Welcome to the Island Chef's Collaborative

The Island Chef's Collaborative (ICC) is a group of chefs and other food and beverage professionals with a common interest in regional food security, the preservation of farmland and the development of local food systems. The ICC works with local non-profit organisations, farmers and food producers to support and raise awareness of local agricultural issues, through grant and micro-loan programs, as well as public fundraising events.
